I. Journal published by IOŚ – PIB – access to full-text articles.

Environmental Protection and Natural Resources – the journal is a quarterly; articles are published in English, online under an Open Access model on the Sciendo platform (since 2013). The journal publishes original research papers and review articles in the broadly defined field of environmental protection. Interdisciplinary works, prepared by specialists from various fields, present the interrelationships between reactions and processes in the environment, both natural and man-made.

II. Journals available as part of the Virtual Science Library programme (available on the IOŚ – PIB network):

Science – a news service providing weekly news and opinions on scientific developments, prepared by scientists. The journal Science is made available from the publisher’s server (American Association for the Advancement of Science). The licence covers volumes from 1997 onwards without national archiving and does not include other subscription journals in the Science series.

Nature – a multidisciplinary weekly journal available from the publisher’s server at nature.com. The licence covers access to volumes from 2010 onwards. The licence does not cover other journals published by the Nature Publishing Group.

III. Foreign journals subscribed to by IOŚ – PIB in electronic format (available on the IOŚ – PIB network):

Freshwater Science (quarterly) – the articles published facilitate the understanding and management of all types of inland aquatic ecosystems, as well as the links between freshwater ecosystems and the surrounding ecosystems.

Lake and Reservoir Management (quarterly) – publishes research findings on lakes and reservoirs, catchment areas, tributaries, limnology, ecology and the management of invasive plant and animal species.
