Publishing activity

The Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute (IOŚ-PIB), as part of its activities, also conducts publishing operations. Publications issued by IOŚ-PIB concern issues related to environmental protection. Scientific monographs published by IOŚ-PIB are assigned 80 points. Scope of Publishing Services Offered by the IOŚ-PIB Publishing House:

• text editing (language editing) – optional,
• monograph peer review (two reviews prepared by persons holding at least a postdoctoral degree, commissioned by the publisher from experts affiliated with institutions other than the author(s)),
• proofreading,
• typesetting and layout of the monograph,
• cover design,
• assignment of an ISBN number,
• printing of the monograph,
• electronic edition – digital version (PDF),
• submission of mandatory copies to authorized libraries.

We encourage all Institute staff to disseminate the results of their research by publishing scientific monographs with our publishing house.
